Information you submit through an appointment request — by email, phone, text, or a future online booking form — is used to confirm availability, provide estimated fees, complete the requested notarial act, and maintain any records required under Virginia law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Signum may use third-party booking and payment providers to schedule appointments and process payments. Information you submit to those providers is handled under their own privacy practices. Payment card information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by Signum on this website.

Notarial journal entries and related records are retained and disclosed only as permitted or required by applicable Virginia law.
