The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and describes the ordinary in-person mobile notary services currently offered by Signum Sign & Seal LLC. Loan and real estate signing services, apostille assistance, and minor travel consent and travel-document services are Coming soon and cannot currently be booked.

Signum Sign & Seal LLC provides notarial services, not legal advice. A Virginia notary commission does not authorize the notary to provide legal advice, prepare or select legal documents, or advise a signer regarding a transaction. Customers are responsible for selecting and completing their documents before the appointment.

All appointment requests are subject to confirmation. An appointment is not scheduled until Signum confirms the date, time, and location.

Notarial fees, and any applicable travel, waiting, printing, after-hours, or cancellation fees, are disclosed and confirmed before the appointment. Availability, travel ranges, and appointment times are estimates until confirmed.

Signum may decline or be unable to complete a notarization when the requirements of Virginia law are not satisfied, including identification, signer awareness, willingness, or document completeness. There is no guarantee that every requested document can be notarized.

Signum may use third-party booking and payment services. Use of those services is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices, and Signum is not responsible for their availability or performance.
